Getting the bonus through
Getting the bonus you came for
Seven reasons a bonus code is refused at the cashier, and the fix for each one.
An unfinished offer on the account
Wagering still runs on an earlier bonus, so the cashier blocks a new one. Finish or clear the open offer first, then enter the code again.
Use another code instead
A code pays once per player, and the system remembers the first use. Pick a different code from the ones you have not claimed yet.
Below the floor versus above it
Each code sets its own floor, and a payment under it leaves the code unclaimed. Top up to the stated minimum and submit the code with that deposit.
New players versus existing ones
Some codes are written for new players only, others for holders of an account. Match the code to where you stand as a player.
Nine Casino verification pending
Nine Casino needs proof of identity before a bonus is released. Send the documents from your profile, wait for the check to close, then retry.
Nine Casino exact spelling
Capitals, a stray space or a swapped letter breaks the match. Retype the code by hand in capitals, with no spaces before or after it.
Send support the code
When each fix above has been tried, send the code and the time of your attempt to live chat. Support answers around the clock and traces the record.

What You Gain After Each Move Lands
Nine Casino keeps code entry inside the cashier, so nothing is typed twice or lost between pages.
Nine Casino Picks Your Code
Before touching the cashier, read the card for your code and note its minimum deposit, because a payment below that line leaves the field empty and the offer unclaimed.
Type It With No Spaces
At the moment the form asks for it, type the code in capitals with no spaces, and skip the field entirely for NIN25, which is tied to registration rather than the cashier.
Minimum Deposit Before Confirming
Once the code sits in the field, fund the account with at least the stated minimum; Skrill payments are shut out of the deposit codes, so choose another method before confirming.
Where the Bonus Appears
Seconds after the payment clears, open your balance: the bonus and any spins should sit beside the deposit, and a missing credit means the field was blank or the method excluded.
Clearing the 42 Times
From that point the bonus is playable but not withdrawable until you turn over its base at 42 times, kept under a NZ$6 stake per round and inside the 47-day window.

What Each Welcome Code Asks of You
Nine Casino prints the figures on the card, so the arithmetic is done before the deposit leaves your account.
NIN108 — 108% up to NZ$1,550 + 193 free spins
Your opening deposit of NZ$12 or more takes a 108% match up to NZ$1,550 with 193 spins, and the sticky bonus means its own stake never becomes cash.
A second payment from NZ$25 draws 80% up to NZ$1,350 with 50 spins, and winnings clear against the bonus alone, which makes it the lighter of the three to clear.
Code NIN60 adds 60% up to NZ$850 on a deposit of NZ$25 or more, but the bonus is sticky and the turnover counts both the deposit and the bonus together.
Registering brings 25 spins worth NZ$0.10 each on Rise of Olympus, cleared at 42 times on winnings inside three days, with NZ$50 the most you can take out.
Read this the moment a code fails, or before you take one with a payout ceiling.
Correct Code Order
A code typed after the payment has gone through cannot attach to it, because the welcome offer needs the code in the cashier field first, not after the deposit.
Enter the code, then fund the account
Ask live chat to void the payment
Why Is My Payout Held?
Withdrawals stall when identity papers, address proof or payment confirmation are missing, since the bonus stays locked until the account passes verification.
Upload all three documents early
Allow six hours for the check
Nine Casino Caps at NZ$50
Code NIN25 carries a maximum withdrawal of NZ$50, so winnings above that line stay with the house however well the spins run for you.
Treat the spins as a trial run

Protecting the Bonus
Each bonus carries a maximum bet of NZ$6, and one round above it during wagering can void the whole bonus along with anything won from it.
Keep stakes at NZ$6 or below

After the Welcome
What Do Account Holders Get After the Welcome?
Nine Casino treats the second deposit as seriously as the first, with codes that stay open once the welcome clears.
NIN35 — 35% up to NZ$280
Over the weekend, code NIN35 adds 35% up to NZ$280 on NZ$30 or more, cleared against the bonus at 42 times within seven days and five days to claim.
NIN12 — 12% cashback
Each week, code NIN12 returns 12% of losses up to NZ$500 from the profile area after a NZ$20 deposit, needing only one times wagering across three days.
Personal VIP Boost
Invited players receive a 20% VIP boost with 5 times wagering and 30 birthday spins at 20 times, landing in the account itself without a code.
Terms made plain
What does each bonus require?
By the time you reach the cashier, Nine Casino wants the terms already clear.
trustWhat happens when I use a code with no wagering?+
None of the codes on the list arrives without a wagering term. The lightest is NIN12, a weekly cashback code that asks for 1x the cashback amount; the welcome and reload codes run at 42x. Even the 25 spins from NIN25 carry 42x on what they win.
trustWhy would I cancel a bonus I already claimed?+
Leave the field empty at the cashier and your deposit simply lands as cash. If a code is already applied, contact live chat before you spin, because a cancelled bonus takes its winnings with it.
trustWhat if the wagering is done and I want the money out?+
Winnings come out once the wagering target is met and your documents are approved. Cashouts start at NZ$23 and run to NZ$45,000, with payouts timed at 24 minutes; the no-deposit spins under NIN25 stop at NZ$50.
trustWhat if I want to see the licence before I sign up?+
Nine Casino N.V. runs under a licence from the Gaming Control Board Curaçao, number OGL/2007/8692/600, with company registration 837007. Quote that number in any message to support about a code.
trustCan I still use a code after I have registered?+
Registration only takes NIN25. The welcome and reload codes wait in the cashier, so a player who signed up a minute ago can still type NIN108 into the field before the first deposit.
trustCan I enter a bonus code on my phone?+
The cashier field is the same on a phone browser and in the app, so a code typed on a handset behaves exactly like one typed on a laptop. Mobile players also get the same 42x terms.
Nine Casino leaves the pace to you
A claimed code never obliges you to keep playing, and bonus funds may be dropped at any time. Nine Casino offers deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks and self-exclusion, while the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand take free, confidential contact.
Deposit limits. Sets a ceiling on how much you can pay in over a chosen period, so a deposit stops at your figure.
Self-exclusion. Closes your account play for a set stretch, with no way back until that stretch ends.
Session time reminders. Pauses play for a short set period and locks you out of the tables until it expires.
